JOB TITLE: Sales and Marketing Intern
JOB LOCATION: Home Office or Charlotte, NC

Potty Whisperer, LLC is a service provider company providing expert advice and solutions in the areas of parenting, child development services and corporate speaking and training.
The Sales and Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day activities of the sales and marketing team while learning valuable skills related to sales and marketing for a on demand service provider company.

The Potty Whisperer, LLC Internship offers college students real-world experience in business management, communication and sales. The position provides the opportunity for students to build their careers in the same way our independent-contractor agents do. All Interns are supported by the POTTY Generation team, training programs and mentoring. They also are given access to the resources used to understand customers’ needs and provide solutions for the requested service.

Internship Track:
The Potty Whisperer, LLC Sales Internship is a six-month opportunity from January 5th - June 5th, or June 5th - December 5th and offered support, training and guidance from the headquarters office; Interns are registered as independent contractors.

          Weeks 1–3: Orientation, product and sales training, job shadowing
          Weeks 4–24: Field sales with a mentor, nationwide Intern Sales Competition

Intern Schedule and Compensation:

          Minimum of 20 hours per week – the team member can work from home or from the Charlotte, NC Office. The office is easily accessible by bus transportation.
          $500 scholarship
          $1,000 stipend plus 10% commissions paid on sales
          Potential intern sales competition bonus of $5000 paid in August to the winner

Qualifications:

          College students with a graduation date of August or later with a degree or concentration in marketing, business administration, public relations, or related area or related work experience
          Eligibility to work in the U.S.
  Strong academic career, evidenced by rigorous curriculum, high GPA (minimum 3.5), honors/awards, academic recommendations, or similar
  Strong writing and verbal communication skills
  Ability to perform Internet research
  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  Attention to detail
  Self-motivated, independent, quick learner
  Ability to work in a fast paced environment and multitask
  Desire to learn new concepts and work on new projects

The Team Member will be exposed to sales and marketing:

          Strategy development
          Demand generation
          Campaign design and execution
          Opportunities to be creative, grow professionally and learn outside the classroom

Responsibilities:

          Assist with designing and executing sales and marketing campaigns specifically surrounding each service line
          Research the Internet for new leads and develop prospect lists
          Maintain and update business contact information via the customer relationship
management database
          Provide help launching our presence in other cities for the same and year and also the following.
          Develop, write and edit collateral, including sales proposals, website postings, email newsletters, and press releases
          Assist with events planning and creating related materials
          Assist with developing trade media and PR plans
          Support the development of new and innovative marketing collateral
          Attend meetings with team members to learn and understand the business & projects
          Conduct market research, as needed
          Take on additional duties and responsibilities, as needed

Anticipated Outcome:

          Gain firsthand experience in marketing and sales operations for a on demand company and service provider
          Learn from a multitude of tasks and grow professionally
          Provide value to the company by implementing new ideas and performing quality work

Customer Service Position PT or FT

We are looking for motivated stay at home parents to fill a number of Customer Service Positions. Full-time and Part-time positions are available. Work will be done from your home, with full training and support provided. No prior industry experience required, however you must be organized and have wonderful phone skills .

DUTIES:

  • Managing adds on a schedule basis
  • Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls forwarded to you
  • setting appointments
  • Assist in maintaining a professional up to date website 
  • Assist in administrative tasks including digital filing, client folder maintenance, and data entry of client records and surveys.
  • Various duties as assigned by Management during your working hours.

The Potty Whisperer, LLC - is excited to announce that we are looking for new talent in the Potty Training arena at national level.

Potty Whisperer, LLC offers Custom Potty Training Services to their little clients from newborn to 6 years old, special needs children up to 12 years old, and special cases children.

 Requirements:

-A High School Diploma or higher.

We would like for you to have a BA in Early Childhood Education or be a Psychology student working towards your BA.
-Recent professional experience in caring for children outside of your own family and friends.
-Experience must be within the last 5 to 7 years.
-You must be available at least 2 full days during the week.
-Experience must include caring for children ranging from ages 1 month to 13 years.
-Additional professional references would be ideal in customer service
-Experience must be verifiable. References will be contacted.
-You must pass our criminal background checks.
-You will need a vehicle to drive to and from assignments.

The positions we are recruiting for:

-On a short-term, on-call basis with no set schedule potty trainer professional


To qualify you must:

-Be able to work for 2 to 5 full days hours between 7:00 AM to 6 PM - a minimum of two hours and a maximum of 8 hours
-Have the ability to commit to schedule for at least 6 weeks.
-Be willing to accept assignments that pay $10 to $25 an hour with a 4 hour minimum.
-Be willing to travel up to 30 miles to assignments
